Our Team

Yolanda is the face and founder of the association. Before the establishment of Vibrant Diverse Cultures, Yolanda has 6 years of work insight in numerous roles across the Community Service industry. By qualification, she is a Designer (Architect) but grew interested and passionate about communities and working with people after being exposed to the Community Services Industry.

 

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Society & Individual and is currently completing a Diploma in Mental Health & Masters' of Social Work to become a fully accredited community worker.

 

Lastly, Yolanda is really passionate about sports + creative arts and aspires to engage with the community through her interests.
 

Zainab is a Victorian woman who fell in love with the Territory while engaging and immersing herself in community lifestyle when she first visited NT 8 years ago. With a full Legal background holding a Double Degree in Commercial Law and experience in the corporate world, she has chosen to work in communities and enhance others' lives.

Zainab is a community service volunteer and worker. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood.

 

Additional to her experience, she is a CALD Community Sports Ambassador, Vice President of Football Without Borders (a social justice provider in Darwin) and  Director of her own NDIS provider (Assad Care NT). Zainab operates on the notion "I do what I love and I love what I do"
